19 words, 7 minutes (watch it built live Oct 26)

Hey everyone

I drive for a living.

Have done since 2017. Deliveroo. More orders than I can count, and most of them in the rain, if my memory's being honest.

So a few weeks back, I was parked up outside a Nando's waiting on an order. I watched a video of a car pulling out of a junction with nobody in the driver's seat.

Nobody.

My first thought? "Well, that's my job sorted then."

My second thought surprised me.

If a car can drive itself now... why have I spent so many evenings fighting with a funnel that won't build itself?

Here's the honest bit...

I'm not a technical person. I started selling on eBay in 2011, and I've learned everything since step by step. Usually by getting it wrong first.

When I started building online, I'd sit in the car between orders with my phone on 14%. I'd watch a tutorial on how to connect a capture page to an email list. Pause. Order pings. Drive. Come back. Lose my place. Start again.

By the end of one weekend I had a half-finished page, a free gift sitting in a Google Drive folder, and zero follow-up emails.

Nothing connected. Nothing live.

My wife asked how it was going. I said "getting there."

I wasn't getting there.

A lot of people who've been burned by online programs know that exact feeling. It isn't really about the money they spent. It's the quiet bit afterwards, when they start wondering if they're just not cut out for this.

But here's the thing...

Then I saw what Luc did.

Luc is an HBA member who got to try the new Builder by HBA early. He typed one plain-English request.

19 words.

He didn't drag a single box around. About seven minutes later, his whole funnel was built. Capture page. Free gift. Email list. Follow-up emails. All connected. All live.

Seven minutes. I've spent longer than that looking for the right button.

I sat with that for a while. For years the tech has been the wall between "I've got an idea" and "this thing is actually working." Seeing that wall just... not be there anymore? It felt like the first time in ages someone else was driving, and I got to look out the window.

Turns out the tech was never really the problem. It was what the tech was costing.

Most people don't quit online business because their idea is bad. They quit in the gap. That's the gap between the idea in their head and something live a real person can actually see. Weeks disappear in that gap. Motivation drains out of it. And eventually they decide it was them.

It usually wasn't. It was the gap.

So whatever tools you use, shrink the gap. An imperfect page that's live will teach you more in a week than a perfect one sitting in a folder will teach you in a year.

That's the part that has me excited about October 26.

That day, HBA is giving the Builder one plain-English request, in front of everyone. No templates. No tech skills. Nothing rehearsed off camera.

Here's what you'll watch happen:

- A whole funnel built from one sentence, start to finish, with the timer running

- Ideas from people who register, built live on screen (yours could be one of them)

- The follow-up emails, written for you. That's the part most people never finish, and it's done before the pages are

- More than funnels: a membership site, a store and a blog, built the same way

- How to bring the AI you already pay for (your own ChatGPT or Claude) and build inside the Builder

- Straight answers on what it costs and what's included

That last one matters to me. Anyone who's been burned before deserves to know the price without having to dig for it.

And I'll be straight with you. I haven't built mine yet. I'm still starting from £0 online, still doing my Deliveroo shifts to look after my family. I'll be watching on the 26th with a cup of tea and a notebook, same as you. I'd rather see it done live than take anyone's word for it. Including mine.
